Description

Wizard 4step : Set Database Object Mapping

In index tab, It appear index list and It doesn't know what is index of table

Modify the list to [index tree].

Ascending order - Click to sort in descending order

My opinion, it should be supported index name with table name.
Because, users isn't able to know what is index of table.
Please review this issue.

We have added table name before the index name and sorted the name list.
Users can tell which table the index is belong to now.
And further UI improvements are scheduled.
