[CM8.4.1.2]When user a save dba password, even if dba change password, user a can login too.

Senario
1 User a login db use dba, and save password.
2 User dba change his password.

Actual result
User a relogin,he can double click db name to login the db too.

Expect result
User a double click, he need to input the new password.
