Change to 100000. The offline performance was improved.
Note: Too big Commit count will cause memory errors.

Fixed in CMT8.4.1.0026
Use same xml,same server
In CMT8.4.1.0020 do offline migration, commit count is 5000, total time is 02:00:03
In CMT8.4.1.0026 do offline migration, commit count is 10000, total time is 01:10:28
