Description

When do offline migration, there will be failed sometimes.

Senario1: do offline to new database. please see the attachment (error.png, errorinfo.png)
Senario2: Do offline to online db, has failed connect many times.Pls see the attachment(toonline.xls, toonline.txt)

Additional:
The client and server is same PC.
