[CMT8.4.1.1203]When load the txt which are migrated from mysql to file, some object cannot be loaded.

Description

1 Do migration from mysql5.5(10.34.64.148 cmt) to file.
2 Do loaddb to CUBRID

Actual result:
it pop many class doesn't exist.

fixed.
Be careful that CUBRID can't support creating partitions with NUMBER type.
