Change "CUBRID Project Site" link to "CUBRID Query Browser Project Site"

Description

In CM/CQB in Help manual there is a submenu "CUBRID Project Site". It would be better to change it to "CUBRID Manager Project Site" and "CUBRID Query Browser Project Site" to help user find more precise information about the tool instead of general information on cubrid.org.

Also please change a link for "CUBRID Online Forum" to open *http://www.cubrid.org/forum* instead of just http://www.cubrid.org.
