When creating a new db, it should belong to the default group, not to a top group

Description

problem:
when adding a new db on the left tree, it goes to the top-positioned group, not a default group.
It should belong to the default group no matter default group is located on non-top position.

Now add a host ,it will be added to default group, it seems be fixed at previous version
