The FTP connection can be reused during migration.
The file to be transported need to be compacted to save IO time.

There's a problem in cmserver ftp process. If CMT doesn't send any data after connecting ftp process 5 seconds, socket of ftp process will timeout, then transferring process will failed. This problem can be fixed using blocking socket.
