Commit unit : 500 is too low for new version tools and engine. Let's find optimized value.

Description

When loadding/importing data into cubrid db, the client tools ask users to set commit unit. I assume the default value is 500.
However it seems the value is too low for upgraded versions of engine and tools.
After Korea team performs a test with CMT, let's increase the number to 1000 or more.

I will keep posting when the test is completed.

OK,i increased the default value to 1000, and the max value is 5000.
