[CMT2][BUG]Oracle has change timezone to GMT+04:00, but in step5 in migration, it display GMT+08:00

Description

1 change oracle timezone to GMT+04:00
2 Do migration to online

Goto step5

Actual result.

The timezone of source database display gmt+08:00

The default timezone is the Oracle JDBC session timezone, it is not the Oracle server timezone

Closed in CMT8.4.1.0001

I have changed the timezon in oracle server and pc server. They all doesn't change. Doesn't know how to change it.

Can change cubridmigration.ini
add -Duser.timezone=GMT+01
to change default timezone
