[CMT2][BUG] Use XE which is export mysql DB to online DB, delete online DB, it will pop "Failed to connect database server"

Description

1 Step1, choose mysqlDB
2 Step2, choose online DB
3 Go to step5, export XML
4 Stop the target online DB, and deleteDB
5 Do migration, goto step2 delete the connection.
6 Use the xe do migration ,it will pop "Failed to connect database server"

When source DB was deleted, it will pop the warning too.

It not a bug, it is by design.
The target database connection information has been written into template file, when you load the template file, migration wizard will try to connect the servers.
