the parameter of "Replace with" about time in migration parameters of Preferences has no effect

Description

1.go to "Preferences">"Mysql to CUBRID">Migration Parameters, set first item to "Replace with", and input the value "07:00:00"
2.do migration for a DB(time type), and check the value of the time type field.
