[CMT2][BUG]When change the data type length, it will be error

Description

1 Use the xml in attachment as load script
2 Do migration, it will pop error as attachment.

Q1
Why "Create table[fkmain] failed. Detail:In line 2, column 1,<end>ERROR: Class fkmain already exists.<end>". Have choosed replace exist table in step4

Q2
Why create foreign key error.

In script, I changed sql data type and agent table cpu data type.And fk agent_ibfk_2 name.
