[CM][BUG] Choose the replace table in step3, haven't delete index.

Description

1 Do migration to one database which has same table, and it has index
2 Goto step3, choose "replace exist table"
3 Finish migration

Actual result
It will pop the error as attachment.

In my opinion, It should be an issue of CUBRID.
I dropped the table and CUBRID should drop the constrains of the table automatically.

It was's caused by duplicated index names
