Description

1.to migrate a database,then go to log interface,
2.click the tab of "Logs", one time form is 12h, the other is 24h, so them are inconsistent.

this problem also happens in the version cmt2.0.0.4920. please check it. by the way, in the migration history, the time form is 12h, i think it should be 24h form.
