[CMT2][BUG] In step4,choose don't create table, goto migration report, display migrate table error.

Description

1 Do migration
2 Goto step4, delete the choose of create new table
3 Goto migration report

Actual result
Goto detail/DB Objects
It will display create table error. But it needn't create table.please don't display the tables
