Description

1 Step1, choose test.xml, choose any charset except UTF-8.
2 Step2, choose online database
3 Step3, choose agent1,agent_group

Actual result
Goto migration progress, can see the error as attachment changecharsetstep1.PNG
Goto migration report, click detail/DB Objects, can see the error as attachment changecharsetstep12.PNG

It's not a bug.
Wrong charset will cause the XML parser error.
More detail message may be add to report to inform users that some objects have not been executed.
