Description

1, Choose one xml
2 In step2, connect one online server
3 On server, stop the server.
4 Choose one table record count is 0,the other table has many records.
5 Do migration

Expect result
In Migration process. It cannot do migration. And the progress is 0%. But the table which has 0 counts display 100%

It is only a records importing progress.
It doesn't provide any other information of migration progress.
