[CMT][BUG] Use XE, migrated xml, if the xml has fk, the fk become to index, and the index hasn't been choosed.

1 step 1, choose cmt.xml
2 step 2,choose test.xml
3 goto step 3

Actual result
Under fkno, fk_fkno_fknomain became it's index. and it isn't choosed.

It was already fixed.
The cmt.xml file is already included a FK as an index.
Therefore cmt.xml is useless file.
You have to make new xml file and test it with a real database tables.

Fixed on version CMT 1.5.5.4401

In xml dump from mysql, the FK is changed to key.
