Description

Remove "Select All" : it can be at risk it it is going to run with big table without the limit statement.
Remove "Select Count( * )" : it isn't useful because, it can be only shown total record by the dialog which can'be copy to clipboard, only can be shown.

Fixed.
Remove Select All & Select counet from partitioned menu, system view menu, system table menu, user view menu, user table menu.
