[CMT][BUG] In step4, after choose "Skip Check of the exist database name and the owner name", then choose Create new database, the warning is error

Description

1 Goto step4
2 choose Exist database name, choose "Skip Check of the exist database name and the owner name".
3 Choose create new database.Create one database in normal.

Actual result:
The warning is "Please set exist database name."
