LQS of database dashboard in CM is different with LQS in command 'cubrid broker status -f'

Description

I think maybe all LQS is correct,but they are different. it is because some config which defines long query time limit is different from them.
In command 'cubrid broker status -f', LONG_QUERY_TIME=1 in cubrid_broker.conf defines long query time as 1s, it's default value is 60.
