Description

If a database charset is a multi-bytes charset, a user can change column size on the step 5.
But, most users difficult to know whether change to resize.
It needs that it has to notice for users.

I fixed.
If a database charset is multi-byte charset, it shows dialog to confirm for a user as attached image on wizard step 5.
