Can create the loaddb type data files without a database import

Description

Currently, it is no way if a user want to a remote migration without the Migration Server.
If it supports the loaddb type export option, a user can use a local migration function without the MigrationServer.

Two suggestion:
1 We need input the exist database name in step4. In actual, the name is target database name ,isn't exist database name. Shall we add one target database setting, we can let them input database name.Let the function is seperated from exist database name.
2 Which we export from source database are many txt files. If the table is more than one hundred, we need loaddb one hundred times. It's very complex. Shall we unload the database like CUBRID unload file. All schemas are in one file. All data are in one file. All index are in one file.
