When select database unload in step2, check-box 'Replace Table' is out of action in step3.So I think the check-box should be set to unavailable, Even check-box 'Create New Table' is checked.

If the target is files and the "replace" checked, a clear_XXX file will be created, and drop tables statements are in it.
