[CM][BUG]When create table, choose REUSE OID, then edit table, Reuse oid will be lost

Description

1 Create table, choose REUSE OID. click ok
2 Edit table, the REUSE ID hasn't been choose. The sql script hasn't REUSE OID.

Add that, after you choose and enable the "Reuse OID" checkbox, if you switch the tab to "SQL Script", then click the "OK" button, and edit the table you created, it will be REUSE OID enabled.
but if you didn't swicth the "SQL Script" tab before click the "OK" button to create the table, you will find the bug descripted as the issue.
