The csql error is occurred when click the Check Owner with no-inputted User name and Password form on the migration wizard step 4

Description

As I attached screen capture, the csql error shows the csql help message when user name and password form is empty.
I think, it is only produced CUBRID 8.4.1.
It is not a critical error. But, it drops a reliablity of the tools.

I fixed that it shows only an error message without the csql help messages.
