[Survey] using CM to insert/delete data in HA system is limited

HA구성시 매니저를 사용하여 데이터를 지우거나 추가하는데 문제가 있는 점
In HA system, some of operation using CM is limited? It makes inconvenient.

Laura says:
I know in the past some of UI actions in CM made a problem that data in master couldn't be replicated to a slave because CM's UI uses JDBC API directly.
Once dev team review if any operation in UI still makes a problem, then change it to use SQLs.
