[CMT8.4.3.201212]Import SQL File(s) doesn't import sql in order.

Description

When I import sqls in an order ,but when it run, the order is not the same.This will cause error.

Because of it is multi-threads exporting by default,

so there are several files exporting at the same time.

The migration put the SQL files into exporting threads by this order.

I also think it need to be optimized.
But if user import schma.sql firstly,it will be no problem.
Closed in build 8.4.3.4033.
