[cmt8.4.3.201212]When migratio fail,some decimal points is redundant

Description

Online migration from mysql to cubrid 8.4.1.7007.
When decimal type record has error and be save in file /errorsqls:
record like 4253453454 ,it add a decimal point at it'end in .sql file.
