Support editing table descriptions function

Details

Description

It may need to be supported that tools can edit descriptions of schemas(table descriptions and column descriptions) in order to maintain schema information easily.
In MySQL, it's functions are useful to all of users.

It need to install table description's table in order to load/save descriptions data.
If you didn't it, you can not use this function as shown FIGURE 2335_04.PNG.

If you installed table description's table by [Tools] > [Install Table description] menu, you can edit memo on tables and columns.

Also, for security reason, it can be created only by DBA users.

It's function will be used export ddl, export table definition excel, table dashboard, etc on the second step.

The _cm_schema_comments is the information table in order to store tables/views/columns's description.
It will be existed after dba user create it using [Tools] > [Install Table description] menu.
