Failed when it did "alter serial" with the name more than 32byte on UI

I will be failed if the user alter the serial that it's name length is more than 32bytes as the figure 2318_1.PNG.

It is fixed with 255 bytes of character limits.

Fixed in build 8.4.3.3064.
Biggest has 254 characters.
