When creating a database, it's auto started even if "automatic start" is unchecked

Description

1. When creating a new database in CM on Linux, I intentionally uncheck "Use automatic start this database". I don't want the new database to be auto started. However, when CM finishes creating this new database, it auto starts it anyway.

2. "Use automatic start this database" grammar is incorrect. It should say "Auto start this database".

1. This button is used for setting the database whether start automatically when start CUBRID service.It just modify the cubrid.conf file.
2. When wizard finished, The database will start automatically.
3. The grammar error has fixed on CM8.4.3.
