[CMT][BUG] Do migration by XE template, migrate xml file, it will pop error sometimes.

Description

1 Local migration,choose XE template, mul4.xml(in attachment)
2 Choose gaoym0706.xml(in attachment)
3 Goto step3, it will pop error(in attachment)

Addtional
If click back,then click next, the error won't display. But goto step5,it will pop null argument.

1 How to reproduce the error.
create XE template:
Step1:choose local migration
Step2:choose mysql database.The mysql database dump file-test.xml
Step3:choose athlete,code,event,foo,game,nation
step4:create new database.
step5:change code target data type to X4.
step6:save xml

Use the XE template, migration gaoym0706.xml.
