Expand the log pane automatically if you click the log pane on the query editor's the query result area.

Details

Description

The query result log pane is not a frequently used on the query job.
So, it's default window height is little small.
However, if you want to know an error message or statistics on the statistics mode, it is very inconvient for you because, you must drag up splitter to size up.

Therefore, if the user want to expand this pane, it would be better to expand height by clicking this pane.

For test:
1. execute a query
2. if it was complete, click the log pane
3. you can see the log pane that it have been expanded window height
4. if you un-focus this log pane, you can see the log pane with the default height.

Fixed also log panes of the query plan, the sql history.
