Now we need reopen cm, it can open or close the mini ddl windows.
Suggest it can like other windows, needn't reopen CM

We have no good idea to close or open without reopen CM/CQB yet.
So, we will fix that it shows an alert message whenever click the "Show columns/DDL automatically" checkbox on the preferences.
We think that it may enough this case.

Fixed. It will be shown "This changes could be applied after restart the application." message whenever you click the checkbox on the preferences dialog.
