Handle target file format in different OS in Migration console

Description

If the file path in migration script is "c:\cmt_unload_file", but the migration script is running in a linux OS, the console tool should tip users to change the path to a valid path.

Regression on CMT8.4.1.3073

When run console in windows, it will ask saved path.
When run console in linux, it won't ask saved path.
When run console in windows and linux, it all pop error.
