Download JDBC driver by HTTP mode

Description

FTP mode is not available when use JDK 7,
so modify download JDBC driver to HTTP mode

Test step
1.edit connection and click "download" button,check whether display the JDBC driver list
2.select some driver and click "download" button, check whether the selected driver had been download to the save path
