[CMT8.4.1.1209]Console need verify absolute matching for jdbc directory.

1 Do migrate from xml to file, and save the xml.
2 Change jdbc directory.

Actual result:
It can migrate successfully.

Suggestion:
Please verify the directory is absolute matching.

Additional:
The xml is absolute matching for source xml file.
