[CMT8.4.1.1209]When migrate to file and one table one file, the report isn't right.

1 Do migration from mysql to file, and choose one table one file.
2 Save the xml.
3 Run the xml by console.

Actual result:
It can be migrated correctly, but the setting history isn't right.
