[CMT8.4.1.1209]Now change the jdbc and file path, we need change many directory.

1 Do migration from online to file,save xml
2 Change the file directory, we need change many directory.But in UI, we only need change one directory.

Suggestion:
Can only change one directory to change xml.

Ascending order - Click to sort in descending order
