[CMT8.4.1.1209]When migrate inf from cubrid8.4.1.2003 to cubrid 8.4.1.6004, it will be error.

1 Insert 1.7976931348623157E+308 into double data type in cubrid8.3.1.2003
2 Do migration from online to offline

The inf change to 1.797693134862316E308.

It is ok when migrate from online to online.
