Test step
1.Check whether navigator tree display
2.Right click at user group node and click "creat user" ,input the user property and click "OK" button ,then whether a user had been create
3.Right click at a user and select "edit user",change some property and click "OK" button ,then whether the property had been changed
4.Right click at a user then select "drop user" then check it
5.Double click at a user then check whether a user eidt be opened
