[CMT8.4.1.1209] When migrate sequence of oracle, the max value will be lost

Description

1 create one sequence.

CREATE SEQUENCE "TEST"."SEQ" MINVALUE 1 MAXVALUE 2000 INCREMENT BY 1 START WITH 1 CACHE 10 ORDER CYCLE
2 Do migration from online to online
3 Goto step4,double click db objects

Actual result:
Q1 The ddl is oracle ddl, it should the cubrid ddl.
Q2 Goto target DB, the max value has lost.
