[CMT8.4.1.1209]When migrate to file, and choose export to one file for table.

1 Do migration from online to file, (schema,data, index)
2 Do migration from online to file again, but choose"one table one file"

Actual result:
It will pop "will replace data.txt" and it will delete data.txt.
