CMT returns no error when checking the option "creating a new database" on the wizard 4 in the localhost without installing cubrid server

Description

In the localhost, there is no CUBRID server installed.
Then I tried to create a new dtabase in the CMT wizard 4 and of course there is no pop-up to enter DB information. It should return "Cannot create a new database because no CUBRID server found in the host." when a user sets a target database in the host.

초기에 메시지가 상단에 나오나 다음 스탭으로 넘어가게 되어 있는 것을 넘어가지 못하도록 수정하였습니다.

The chinese message is come from system api.
My development environment is Korean and I can see a message with Korean language.
This is not a bug.
