In the wizard 1, it should nitoce the user that CMT server should be installed in the CUBRID server

Description

One of DBA in NHN encountered a error message that his server address and port information is invalid when he checked a remote migration with correct server information and clicked a connection test button.

Many users couldn't recognize the CMT server should be installed in CUBRID server although there is an iamge on the page. Therefore, we should add an explanation that the CMT server should be installed in CUBRID server together if you want to select a remote migration and the error messages should be also fixed.

설명을 수정하여 좀 더 명확하게 하였습니다.
차후에는 로컬 마이그레이션, 원격 마이그레이션 용어의 변경에 대해 고려해봐야하겠습니다.

Now the warning is "Failed to connected:
java.io.IOException: connet failed. reason: Connection refused: no further information.
"
Problems:
1 We cannot see CMT server isn't install.
2 The word connet is error.Maybe it is connect?
