Problem of XpressEngine's index name after migration

Description

We removed XE migration template because it can't support to release each version and it can not be supported modules of user made.
But, index names has problem.
It has not prefix name as "xe_", it may be alert on the admin page.

We fixed to add a checkbox on the index tab of the wizard step 4.
If you select checkbox as "Rename to XE style indexes", it will be modified to add prefix as "xe_" on all index names.
