[CMT][BUG] In migration history, cannot choose any record, click delete button. It will prompt "Are you sure to delete the migration history"

Actual result:
It will prompt "Are you sure to delete the migration history"

Expect result:
Delete button is disable.

In cmt1.5.2.3974. when hasn't choose any record, click delete, it will pop warning message.
But when there isn't any record, click delete, it hasn't response.
