CQB breakdown when open more than 6 connections

Description

메니져에서는 8개 인스턴스 동시접속이 문제가 없었으나
브라우져에서는 6개이상 동시접속 & 질의편집기 열기를 하면
프로그램이 응답없음 상태로 들어가 버립니다.

가장 재현이 잘되는 환경은 windows7 64bit, & JDK 64bit 이며
ubuntu 사용하시는 개발자분도, 여러개의 질의편집기를 만들면
다운되는 현상을 겪고 계십니다.

虽然在manager上同时连接8个instance时没有问题
但是在浏览器上使用 同时连接6个以上&query编译器
则program将没有响应。

最容易重现的环境是 windows7 64bit, & JDK 64bit
在使用 ubuntu的开发人员也是，想要生成多个query编译器的话会有下载的现象。

Fixed in CQB8.4.1.2201.
